Overview
Systems by Design OF ILLINOIS (SDI) provides both long term and short term consulting services with an emphasis on web-based dynamic content publishing utilizing Vignette's StoryServer™, FogCreek Software's CityDesk™, Six Apart's MovableType™, and a variety of other content management systems. Design and implementation services are provided either on-site or from the offices of SDI, depending on the needs of the client.
SDI can provide systems analysis, database design and tuning, and programming services. Experience with Microsoft SQLServer™, MySQL, and other SQL-based databses is offered. SDI has extensive experience with database logical design.
SDI also has real-world experience with Visual Studio .NET™, and has successfully implemented complex solutions for the Pocket PC™ platform. C# language, including C# V2, is a speciality.
SDI has been providing stand-alone, turnkey, networked, and web-based application solutions and consulting services since 1990. We utilize technoligies that include Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), Dynamic HTML (DHTML), Active Server Pages (ASP), .NET, XML and XSLT, and a variety of other scripting technologies, including Javascript and PHP.
SDI is also available for Microsoft Office™ programming, and has experience with programming for Microsoft Outlook™.
Paradox for Windows™ and Inprise/Borland Delphi™ design and programming services are also provided.
SDI also has over 16 years of experience in the VAX/VMS™ environment.
